First, cold light source, microscope light source

A representative of cold light source, mainly used for fibrous endoscopy lighting. Xenon lamp type cold light source is electron microscope light source, electron dyeing endoscopy light source is the most advanced, this electron microscope light source for electronic endoscopy, of course, can also be used for fiber endoscopy, compared with the former, with high power, high color temperature, multiple functions and so on.

(1) Classification of cold light source and microscope light source

one Halogen lamp type cold light source, microscope light source (a) lamp: generally low voltage, large current bromine tungsten lamp or halogen mercury lamp, power of about 150W, color temperature of 3200K, microscope light source, suitable for shooting endoscopic photos with light film. Its bulbs are sold at a lower price.

(b) Cooling devices

Microscope light source due to the use of more than 100 watts of high power bulbs, so more heat production. In order to avoid this part of heat being radiated to the endoscope, burning the guide beam and burning the digestive tube wall, the microscope light source has two kinds of heat dissipation devices: One is the wick is equipped with a spherical surface reflector, the surface of this reflector alternately coated with nearly 20 layers of zinc sulfide and magnesium oxide film layer, it can filter the infrared light generated heat in the lighting light, so that the light radiated by the lamp is not infrared that becomes cold light; Another type of heat dissipation device is a cooling fan installed next to the bulb to fully disperse the infrared heat filtered out by the cold light film.

(c) Gas supply device: the electromagnetic pump in the cold light source delivers a certain pressure of gas to the endoscope, and the flow of gas is controlled by the 'Air' switch (' HIGH ', 'MID', 'LOW') on the panel of the medical high color LED light source.

(d) Automatic control system for endoscopic photography

The system uses TTL logic circuit to control the opening and closing of the electronic shutter, and automatically adjusts the exposure of endoscopic photography according to the distance between the objective lens and the subject and the amount of reflection, so as to ensure satisfactory photographic effect.

(e) The panel structure of the halogen lamp type electron microscope light source: it requires a beautiful appearance, simple and easier to operate. The devices on the panel are: Power switch, endoscope socket, manual/automatic exposure selection key, exposure index meter, exposure index adjustment button, illumination adjustment, illumination indicator (BRIGHTNESS, gas intensity indicator (AIR), exposure detection button, spare light warning, high color cold light source test switch, air flow adjustment key, exposure index fixed lock, foot switch jack, SC16 -10R connector, standby light selection button, etc.

2. Xenon lamp type cold light source

Xenon lamp type cold light source compared with halogen lamp cold light source, its structure is basically the same, but the lamp brightness is increased by 1.5 times, the color temperature is increased to about 6 000K, and the daylight lighting effect can be obtained. The panel device is: ① POWER switch; ② Cable socket (OUTPUT); ③ Endoscopic MODE series selection key (MODE); ④ AIR supply strength adjustment key (AIR); (5) Endoscopic photographic exposure sensitivity selection button (STILL PHOTO); ⑥ BRIGHTNESS control panel; 7 FILTER selection key (FILTER); 8 TRANS ILLUM switch, press the key, can turn on the transillum light, at this time the light emitted from the endoscope is strong, can be used for the in vitro positioning of gastrostomy tube under the endoscope and in vitro positioning of colonoscopy, 7 seconds will be automatically extinguished; ⑨ LAMP LIFE table (LAMP LIFE), indicating the cumulative working time of the xenon lamp, indicating that the mark exceeds the red area to replace the lamp; ⑩ FOOT switch jack (FOOT SW); 11 Hard mirror brightness control line socket; 12 IGNITION, unique to short-arc xenon lamps, press this key to light the xenon lamp.

(2) Maintenance of endoscopic cold light source

one The microscope light source should be handled gently, and the microscope light source should be protected against collision or vibration. Keep it away from direct sunlight and keep the microscope light source from getting wet.

2. If the power supply voltage is unstable, a regulator should be added to make the CIR90 cold light source voltage stable. Xenon lamp type cold light source power is large, in the use of voltage regulators, should pay attention to choose more than 2KV voltage regulator.

3. It is best not to use the air injection pump of the CIR90 cold light source as an endoscopic dryer.

2. Endoscopic image processor

Also known as the converter, it is a high color rendering cold light source that converts the image obtained by the electronic endoscope into an electronic signal, and is displayed on the monitor, and is a key device of the entire electronic endoscope system. The image processor structure of each manufacturer is different, but the main structure is much the same.
